Our 2018 estate-grown Chardonnay is light on its feet, fresh, and bright, with crisp acidity and a hint of oak.

The nose opens with ripe pear, quince paste, cardamom, and honeysuckle.

Medium-bodied, with rich notes of golden apple and ripe nectarine, which are accentuated mid-palate by underlying notes of lemon, freshly baked bread and mineral. This wine tapers off with a juicy, citrus, and slightly floral finish.

The bright acidity of this wine helps balance out salty dishes such as fresh shucked oysters or rich and creamy potato gratin.

Fermented and aged in 25% in French oak for nine months.
